Trenbolone use in bodybuilding
Since the 1980's, Trenbolone has been a staple AAS for both casual and professional bodybuilders alike. What made this performance enhancing drug so popular amongst bodybuilders is the fact that they can gain muscle mass while using Trenbolone Acetate without worrying about fluid retention.
With Tren, bodybuilders will have a lean muscle tone rather than bulky, fluid filled muscles which is one common characteristic of testosterone hormone.
The Ideal Tren Cycle for Bodybuilders
When it comes to bodybuilding and Tren use, there are two types of cycles that can be adopted. The first is a "Solo Cycle", where the only AAS used is Trenbolone while the second is a "Stacking Cycle", where Tren is just one out of other androgenic-anabolic steroids used by the bodybuilder. Typically, the ideal intramuscular Tren dosage for bodybuilders on a Solo Cycle is 100 mg per week for a total of 4 weeks, then 200 mg per week for 6 weeks.
While this is a great Tren dosage for running a bulking Tren cycle, there are still other considerations that must be made by the bodybuilder and Trenbolone user.
First of all, bodybuilders need to understand that the dose to be taken should be subject to their present body weight and tolerance level. Also, bodybuilders need to check for any underlining medical conditions that could make the use of Trenbolone to be detrimental to the overall health.
If Trenbolone Acetate is to be administered as part of a Stacking Cycle, bodybuilders may want to begin with a milder dosage and then gradually increase as the case may be. A dosage of between 50 mg and 75 mg per week may be sufficient depending on the other androgenic-anabolic steroids being used as part of the stacking tren cycle.
Tren is on WADA's List
Ultimately, professional bodybuilders should be aware that Trenbolone Acetate is listed as one of the prohibited performance enhancing drugs and androgenic-anabolic steroid (AAS) on the World Antidoping Agency (WADA) list.
So while Trenbolone offers a tremendous amount of performance enhancement benefits, it is still considered an illicit drug in competitive sports.
